We are not responsible for balloons placed outdoors or indoors that deflate, pop, or oxidize due to circumstances beyond our control like your unique environmental conditions, weather conditions, acts of God, or vandalism. We always do our best to ensure the best performance and longevity prior to placement and upon delivery. Refunds or partial refunds will NOT be issued for balloons placed outdoors or indoors.
